Kauffman’s will gladly accept a return of product due to defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days of purchase. Payment will be refunded in full. Please contact our office to arrange return. Returns for any other reason may be subject to restocking and/or return shipping charges. All returns must be authorized by our office.
Online orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service and charges will be added to orders based on the United Parcel Service rate structure at the time of purchase. Shipping charges will be clearly stated at the time of online checkout. Kauffman’s may from time to time offer free or discounted shipping on items. Such items will be clearly marked. Our online order system will only accept orders shipping to street addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the USA. For shipments not meeting these criteria (such as shipments to Post Office Boxes, Hawaii or Alaska), please contact our office to place the order and make shipping arrangements. Kauffman’s reserves the right to choose an alternate carrier in the event that United Parcel Service is unable to cost effectively deliver the shipment. In this event, Kauffman’s will contact the online customer prior to shipment as an adjustment to the shipping charges may apply. Kauffman’s cannot accept foreign orders or ship orders outside of the USA via our online store. Please contact our office for foreign shipments.
